Dental

It is always observed that kids get a lot of cavities in their teeth. Parents normally leave them alone with their tooth brushes. It is very important that as a parent you observe your kids while they are brushing and you know the right brushing techniques yourself. The very first rule of brushing is that it starts with the arrival of first tooth. The teeth of a child are built during the mother’s pregnancy. It just take some time to erupt. It is important that you keep your child’s gums clean with the help of a soft cloth. Right brushing is done for atleast 2 minutes. You have to ensure that you brush for this much period, nothing less and not for too long. Start with brushing the outer side of your teeth. Once that is properly cleaned, now brush the inner side of your teeth. It is normally noticed, that we forget to clean the inner side of our teeth due to which they become either too dirty, yellowish or can have cavity. Once the inner side is properly cleaned, now it is the time to clean the most important portion of your teeth i.e. upper portion of your teeth through which we eat. Clean it properly, now go the end teeth on both the sides – top as well as bottom. These molars are mostly affected by cavities. You need to keep them clean and ensure that there is nothing stuck on them. After brushing, rinse properly using clean water. After brushing, it is the time to floss. Floss through the areas where the food get stuck, ensure there is nothing stuck in your teeth.
